Inner Earth Beings stated that they want to come to the surface. Their stature is much greater that of us humans. Some live in the underground tunels of the earth and they have space interplanetary and interstellar travel . Their society is peaceful. Humanity is considered grade 0 civilization since humans kill humans and the humanity do not provide housing and free equal health care for every member of society. These sicieties are grade 1 or 2 civilizations.
